Sat waiting in the bar for a friend to arrive. Barman doing his rounds with snacks totally ignored me. When I asked why he did not see me his reply was…I was not in his preripheral vision twice!!! I just hope it was for no other reason. Small bones, however the night was polished off with a wonderful meal from the restaurant. Appetising and delicious.
Frequent visitor to the Club. Have eaten at Forty Baskets many times and love going there. Find the food yummy and good value. Sometimes I use shopadockets I get on the back of my coles bills to get a bit more value when a few of us go. It’s also kid friendly which is a bonus. The club itself is nice and new and not too big so it has a nice atmosphere and it’s great to be able to park in stockland and catch the lift up to the restaurant when it’s raining. I often get the atlantic salmon with saffron potatoes, yummo.

Had dinner at forty baskets last night with friends .service was very slow.after ordering we waited 45mins for dinner.portions were very small .flathead batter was thick and burnt.i got the wrong meal and had to wait for my dish to be cooked while friends ate .we were abruptly asked to leave the restaurant as soon as we finished eating because it was closing time for the restaurant.i would not reccomend forty baskets .it was very dissapointing .
