This is a very friendly and efficient cafe that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in and seems to lead to a huge regular takeaway clientele. There are a lot of good-looking rolls and pastries, while the full menu is short but has a lot of interesting items – like smoked trout, which Ive longed for ever since gorging on it in Germany and was probably worth the $19.50. The coffee had a good flavour but was unfortunately a bit weak and cold – I saw a previous review saying the cafe was just like Melbourne, and thats the style of Melbourne, so they were right. So I personally wouldnt line up for the takeaway coffees (even though theyre made quickly) but the food here is great.
