I went for the standard aai which was a very good size and was presented beautifully! The only reason giving a 3 instead of a 4 is because of the price, and the blend. $15 for a bowl is usually more than I like to pay. Also there were still whole chunks of ice still in the bowl that hadnt been broken down. Otherwise the taste was great. They also have a wide selection of Poke and mylk which all looked very delicious.

I have been going to this place for a while since opening and have loved going there and there food is always great until i was served by one of their workers (dark curly hair) who tried ripping me off and was extremely rude. The other staff are the best and always treat customers right but this one Man is constantly having attitude and rude. He was making my bowl and rolled his eyes when i was figuring out what sauce and toppings i wanted then when i said ah i only want cucumber carrot he was extremely rude and said so you dont want anything else and rolled his eyes again. When i went to pay he charged me $28 and i had none of the extra stuff like shallots or anything. I told him no it not, i havent ordered any extras of things and i got the Daniel san one which was around $20/25 he got all salty and rude. He has done this on lore then one occasion and even to my friends. Wont be returning if he is working there.

I dined here on a Sunday with a friend. The menu had a diverse range of options however a few menu items were unavailable. I went with the protein bowl which had hot smoked salmon, two soft boiled eggs, radish, fermented cabbage and mixed greens. I thought the bowl was simple and tasty. My friend ordered a mango based smoothie bowl which looked great. Unfortunately pretty much all the other smoothie bowls were out of action as the store had run of frozen bananas. The menu also had the incorrect price listed for my dish ($19 instead of $20). I was charged the lower price including a credit card surcharge. All in all, i think that there are a lot of nice sounding dishes on the menu here however I was a bit deterred by the wait time for food (30 minutes) , the price and that my first preferences on the menu were unavailable.

I was worried I can’t get a decent food in Balmain and voila most delicious lunch I had in a very long time! Should you have Naked Amigo bowl for amazing nutritious food experience.
