An restaurant in Bankstown – the only restaurant here where you have to queue for a bowl of pho! And its a long queue! They only sell this one dish, chicken and beef pho! Luckily the queue moves quite fast as its a eat and go kind of restaurant. The broth was quite flavorsome and you can get a variety of beef cut with it. theengineereats.com

This is the first place I ever tried Pho and is the benchmark that I compare all Pho to unfortunately they all fail to top or in most cases come close to the pho served here which is why I have been coming back for over 20 years. The pho with rare beef is the must try If your brave you can try some of the more exotic variations (tripe etc) of this dish. The service is faster than fast food but bring cash because like most Vietnamese restaurants cards are not accepted.

An Restaurant is a much talked about Vietnamese restaurant that specialises in Pho. I tried their raw beef pho and it does seem to meet all the hype. I was also impressed by how quickly it was served.

My go to place for pho. It’s the best in Sydney. Been coming to this restaurant for pho for many many years now. I’ve had pho at other places and it just doesnt compare. This place churns over numbers very quickly. Cafeteria style dining. Place your order and in less than 5 mins your noodles make it to the table. Cant have pho anywhere else but here. Loses a star as the floor is quite dirty with food scraps on the ground.

Thanks for the meal!Ordered pho tai.I understand that this place is somewhat of an institution when it comes to pho and have been here once every 2 years or so. I always thought of it being a somewhat slightly above average pho. Today I revisited but the pho was definately below average. Felt watered down and the expected complexity of beefy aromas of pho were just not there. The soup was served warm and hence the raw beef that was supposed to cook in the broth failed to. There is simple no passion in this pho any more.It is also quite expensive at 17.50 for a large bowl and 7 for a ch B mau (3 coloured dessert) which was essentially all ice!! Very disappointed in the ch.

AN RESTAURANT @BANKSTOWNWas recommended to tryout their pho noodle, came here for dinner and it was pretty pact. The place was quite spacious and you can see bowls of vietnamese pho noodle stack on top of their table. Ordered their beef pho noodle, and within less than 10 minutes our food arrives. It was really fast, which means they have a pretty fast customer turnover. My bowl was boiling hot, and I had to wait several minutes before being able to enjoy it. Their broth was delicious, fresh and rich of flavors. Their noodles are perfectly cooked, the meat was nice and tender.I would definitely come back, and super worth it coming all the way to Bankstown for their noodles.Rate? 4

We were told this is the best pho place in Sydney by some locals and on arrival, it was packed and although there was a queue we got a table quick. They specialise and only serve pho here!Food: we ordered the special beef pho with every condiment and extra bowl of egg yolks on the side. $15.50 for a medium bowl is quite steep from what Im used to in Melbourne. We have amazing pho for $9.50-15.00 max size. I thought the soup was really flavourful and rich with beefy flavours and appreciated how they loaded up the bowl with meats! I guess you can justify the price at the end of the day. It was a really good meal!
