The PRETTY IN PINK COCKTAIL is a Gin based cocktail of salty and sweet with tresses of fairy floss that dangle off the side of your martini glass – it was quite striking! The bar menu is quite ecclectic with dishes curated strategically from around the globe reflecting the multicultural diversity of the area.The PEKING DUCK SLIDERS offer the juiciest of poultry with the spring onion crunch coated with Hoi Sin.The SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN WINGS are done in the tradition of the deep south of Louisianna with the meat on the bone encased in crisp, salty and ever so slightly greasy crust – an attractive prospect after a healthy session of drinks. But for me, the stand out was the PAN SEARED KEFALOGRAVIERA – Greek’s answer to any renowned French/Italian aged cheese. Luxurious bar located inside Bankstown sportsclub is a gorgeous place to chill out and enjoy the wonderful cocktails they have on offer. They also have a delicious bar menu done by chef Helmut that is tasty. The couches are super comfy so kick back and relax for a couple of hours. I highly recommend the southern fried chicken wings.
Love Atrium bar. Excellent cocktail list using high quality spirits as standard for the same price you would pay in city for bottom shelf. Haven’t had the bar food in ages and menu has changed so will give it a sample at some stage.
