typical cafe with a large menu and drinks. the iced coffee was kinda disappointing as there was too much milk. the bolognese was simple, kinda dry pasta (hard) and it was a very large serving. the lorraine quiche was nice but i felt it was soo weird to be served with the salad. the salad was dressed with balsamic vinegar, it was quite weird.i was really hopeful for this cafe but i will try again because of it’s great reviews.
Typical cafe. Service, prices, coffee, food and menu were all as expected. Coffee was strong and the banana bread was lovely. A couple of booth seats available and the breakfast specials are good value at $13.
I cannot begin to state how poor this establishment makes their coffee. Firstly, I made the mistake by stopping by to sample their vittoria blend- poor coffee from an old time rated coffee house. Just because they have been around for a while, means nothing. Vittoria move with the times. Secondly, if you have a barista that has no idea about producing a nice coffee, then you will end up with crap. I ordered two moccas double shot. first lot were weak and bitter. Told them to make it again. I regretted even bothering to ask as they made another 2 that were even more bitter. I just don’t understand how people put up with poor coffee.
