second time ive been here hoping to change my impression buy in comparison to other dessert / chocolaterias was very mediocre. it wasnt fabulous and pretty disappointing bc it was quite pricy.the hot chocolate was actually amazing, and it came out extremely quick, but that was it. the shake was actually pretty disappointing, it was just presented nicely but too much. my friend enjoyed the rose drink but it was weird to me.we didnt finish the churros nor the caramel waffle. the churros was quite cold and hard even though it took a while to come to us. the caramel waffle was pretty nice and different – strawberries were amazing. everything was just average, wasnt impressed :/
Came here with a few people after dinner, it was nice and quiet so it was perfect to chill. We started off with coffees which came quite quickly. I enjoyed the strong coffee blend. The white hot choc was very much up my alley – recommend for sweet tooths. For a popular dessert place, it was really disappointing. Everything on the fondue plate was a fail – the marshmallows were stale, the fruit was warm and I dont understand why the churros were cold and stale when it took so long to cook them. For a platter of that quality, that took over half an hour to prepare, its just not acceptable. The service was very below average, the workers were rude and did not care for us. Definitely will not be returning, I have heard the Merrylands store is better, but there are far too many greater options Food: 2/5Presentation: 3.5/5Service: 1.5/5 Location: 3/5
