Baked eggs. Thats it. Thats all we have to say. Baked eggs. Why? Theyre the best baked eggs weve ever come across. Bankstown has the best baked eggs. You read that right.
A true hidden gem, walking down the side passage to this little cafe for the first time is a pleasant surprise. Tucked behind a Thai restaurant, Glacage is fit out with a combination of rustic wooden details, beautiful tiled walls and tables, a green wall and plenty of flowers. It is a lovely space to sit and enjoy a meal or even just a beverage or two.The food is delicious and is beautifully presented. There is an array of beverages, the frappes are a standout and the coffee is on spot on.I’ve had the acai bow, French toast, fatteh and middle eastern board. The traditional flavours are met with their own Glacage twist. A real good step outside the box of regular brunches.Another place that requires more than one visit!I have dined at Glacage as a guest of the Chew Crew Media
All of the food here is really pretty but unfortunately, I found my French toast cooked to the plate so was left picking at the top layer only.Service was okay but staff seemed a bit standoffish. Is hidden away so it’s quite easily missed.
