Just ok with a few highlights. Food ordered:Spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, sizzling beef, fried rice, fried bean curd. The least tasty dishes here were the fried rice -dry and flavourless – and the chicken – dry and also bland. Surprising considering the other dishes!The bean curd was great for about 3 minutes after it arrived. Then went extremely soggy. The sizzling beef was a clear standout. Tender and swimming in a great sauce. Ambience:Family style seating with fluorescent lighting and. A fish tank. Very clean and the service was friendly. Overall, the menu is too expensive for portion and taste. There is lots of competition in this area for Vietnamese and most likely I’ll be trying another option next time.

We ordered Prawn Crispy Noodles, Crab Meat Drop Noodle Soup and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. All dishes were bad and the coffee tasted like instant coffee, very diluted.Crispy noodle was not freshly fried, because it was very stale and had that smell that it has been sitting around for a long while. The prawns smelt kinda off, overall it was a really bad dish. Couldn’t finish half it.
