12 micron is a new restaurant located in Sydney’s newest locale, Barangaroo, with contemporary food and desserts. When you do come into the restaurant, you are greeted with friendly faces and are explained the story of 12 micron. The aim of 12 micron is to marry all the elements on Earth into one space, in a fluid manner, and celebrate Australian flavours and ingredients in their menus. Now though we only came to try the desserts, trust me I will be going back to try their full menu.
12 micron did not disappoint. From entree to dessert, the dishes were superb. I would recommend getting the steak tasting platter. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The dessert was a work of art.
