We have been longing to try this place and left with such a huge disappointment Service – Very rushed and unprofessional staff. Sat at our table browsing through the wine menu and within a span of 2minutes 3 different staff kept asking us what drink do we want are you ready to order. Felt like we were in a fast food store.Food – We ordered oyster which barely had any ponzu sauce, tuna crisp – stale cracker and tasteless tuna with kewpie sauce.Ambience – Great furnishing and decor however the level of service and food quality did not match the venue.A warning those who order the wagyu skewer. The skewer is extremely hot (made from metal) not sure how they think we can eat or remove the meat. The waiter did not inform us how hot the skewer was causing my husband to burn his finger. We decided to not order any more food and left this place feeling hungry and disappointed. Definitely would not recommend this venue to anyone. If we could I would give this place a minus rating instead of a 1 Star.
