This dish needs to be redesigned because serving 2 different salads on the same plate isn’t going to bring out the distinct flavors of each (Tabouli and Greek Salad). In terms of the Tabouli, it was lacking lemon juice. The Falafel was a let down too, over fried and very dry inside. As such, the only thing I enjoyed was dipping hot chips in hummus.
