Came as a guest. I’ve eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants but my missus has only recently picked to the taste for Biriyani. She’s been having food court versions and thought it was good. Coming here she finally finds out how much more better than it can be. She loved it! The Goat biryani really hit the spot. The lamb korma is to a good standard and there is plenty of lamb pieces in there. Punjabi fish curry has a certain kick to it. The entrees of onion barji ,prawns (garlic) and seekh kebab were really complimented by the sauces that come with it! Worth trying

This is an amazing restaurant serving delicious, traditional, and home-made Indian food. While eating you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. There menu is huge and there are plenty of vegetarian options too. We highly recommend the Prawns Malabari and Fired Dumpling Balls (they were mouth-watering). The staff were all very friendly and the food arrived on perfect timing. If you are looking for great Indian food, then definitely check this restaurant out!!

Really enjoyed this place – great for date night when you want to spice things up (quite literally!). The curries were full of flavour, the medium spice gave me the kick i needed. Some dishes were amazing, whilst others were so-so. In particular the entree i ordered, although the prawn included in it may have redeemed itself a worthy side dish. The naan was buttery and garlic-y to my desired taste. The ambiance was quite nice, suitable for that weekday after work ‘treat yourself’ dinner.

I was surprised I had not heard about this before! So we visit this place on a Sunday afternoon. I was not that hungry, so tried to keep it at minimum from my side. We ordered bhelpuri, paneer tikka masala, tandoori lamb cutlets, roti and cheese nan, rice and raita. The bhelpuri was really good – the right amount of tang and spices, with just the correct amount of sweetness. The cheese nan was good. Although the roti and cutlets were a tad dey… paneer was all right, very mildly spicy. We did not order drinks. I am not very sure because I never tried their main course, of course non- vegetarian… so may be a bit unfair to rate them for a half baked experience.Service and hospitality was very good. We were attended to very nicely. Full marks for that. I plan to visit again, and maybe will not be disappointed this time…

Indian itself is a food thats hard to resist, so when you come across a place that serves up amazing curries, best not second yourself but dive right in.Only negative is against the decor, to have an amazing location and squander it on plastic chairs and tables is disappointing

This is one of the better Indian restaurants Ive been to in Sydney. The location is nice with seaside views and friendly service. I went for dinner and did the Billus Feast banquet ($50pp) and there was so much food, it was really worth the price and you get to try several dishes as well unlimited plain naan and rice. For the entrees, I liked the samosa and the seekh kebab (lamb mince skewer) the best. From the curries, my favourite was the butter chicken which wasnt overwhelming heavy and creamy. The beef tikka masala and Rogan Josh were okay but the daal tadka was a nice vegetarian dish to balance it all out. The naan here though is really really good. Its super soft on the inside and I loved both the plain and the cheese and garlic one. To finish we had vanilla icecream with gulab jamun (sweet fried milk balls) which was a nice little dessert. Overall, great meal and happy to come back!

Was at Billus today for work lunch. Amazing spot to be located at, it was nice sunny afternoon by the water. The place was quite busy but the girls working there where very prompt and quick in helping us out and getting us a table. We ordered Seekh kebab, Lamb cutlets, tandoori Prawns, Garlic naan and Samosa. Food was delicious but the meat where a little cold by the time the food reached our table. Pretty good collections of drinks. We just had some beers would like to try out their cocktails next time I visit them.
