Sublime for a couples retreat. This particular restaurant guarantees the fine dinning experience for Bathurst. Being mindful that poor Bathurst is forever out-shadowed by the renown food and wine region Orange, which is only a forty minute drive away. However, the meals here were cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was sublime. The entree that apparently had Italian bread was something excessively overcooked which would give you jaw lock or worse yet a dentist bill. Another thing for this great establishment, which does look something like a red district beach shack from its exterior, is that this is very much for a couples environment. If you are planning on starting your family then this is the place for you. A helpful hint for the owners, anything served should not have the texture of a cement brick. We will be returning without a doubt for your excellent mains but I strongly suggest you get pork belly back on your menu.
