Waited for 40 minutes with my wife for our Pasta and Pizza to be served as it was Friday,finally the pasta arrived followed by the Pizza.to my surprise, the waitress came and told us that it was the wrong Pizza and she took it away.To my surprise, a few tablles were served their order of Pizza ahead of us. when we complain they said our Pizza got burned and would we mind to wait. Decided to cancel it. wont come again to this place
Really want to find a good pizza maker in the hills area.Visited this place on a Wednesday evening.It was busy.The pizza was reasonable.They have a variety of pizzas, standard and gourmet.The ingredients were generously applied.The base was a little thick.The gourmet chicken pizza (Tropicana) was not to my palate, at all.The veggie pizza (The Don) was good.The chef served up a large garlic pizza as a compliment to the order.We may visit again to taste the pasta.
Disappointed.. We have eaten at Belmonte’s on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed delicious food. We went again last Sunday night and as usual the restaurant was busy and full of people. There was a table for two available and the waitress sat us down with menus. After 20 minutes we were trying to catch her eye so we could order. Both girls looked at us but did not approach us to take an order. Another 5 minutes passed and the girl who seated us came to wipe the empty table beside us. She purposefully kept her back to us and walked away. We left and enjoyed a delicious Chinese meal across the road.
Second visit and was very disappointed with the food. Ordered Chefs Special pasta and Margherita pizza. Pasta sauce was bland and bordering on tasteless. Pizza was overcooked/slightly burnt and had a weird taste. Couldn’t fault the service though. Wait staff were friendly, attentive and prompt.
Pretty disappointed with this place, went on a sunday night so it was pretty quiet with only three tables to be waited on including myself, yet the service was slow and when I finally received my meal I was extremely disappointed with it. The pasta seemed like it had been previously cooked and re-heated, the sauce was pretty bland and the prawns in my dish were as chewy as a rubber band. One place I will not go back to.
Absolute garbage. Ingredients arent fresh. Bottled garlic in the pasta sauce, need i continue?Every good review that exists about this place, seems like it is written by staff. Dont waste yout time, or money. You get a bettet pizza at dominos and a better pasta if you used the seasoning out of a 2 minute noodle sachet.Ive been sitting here for 26 minutes now.Still baffled that not a single staff memeber has asked me why i havent touched my food after the first mouthfull.
Love this place!. Have been going to this Pizzeria for at least 20 years and still struggle to find pizza that even comes close to being as good. The pasta is also great and the friendly service from Rick and his team makes every visit a treat.
