Absolutely delicious food at the Bull & Bush Inn at Baulkham Hills.We were here a couple of months ago and were taken aback by the extensive menu and creative flavour combinations.For an entree we had the Bruschetta which was generously topped with Tomato, Spring Onion, Parsley and Balsamic Vinegar.For mains we ordered the Fantasia with Chicken Breast, Mushroom, Bacon, Avocado and Sundried Tomato with a side of Mash Potato. As part of this meal, you were also able to make up a plate of salad from the salad bar but the meal itself was too filling for this extra side. The dish itself was incredible. It was incredibly delicious and nothing like I’ve had anywhere else. The Bull & Bush Inn has a menu that specialises in these designer chicken dishes and I’d love to come back and try more.We also ordered the BBQ Seafood Salad which was a hit. It had Mussels, Calamari, Octopus and Prawns with a Greek Salad.We’ll be back soon to try more of the delicious menu at the Bull & Bush Inn. We recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious bistro meal in the Hills!
Great local pub with plenty of restaurant room but the food is so ordinary. They have a great kitchens and plenty of space but they can’t cook anything well. The salad bar is rubbish. Can someone with a bit of tallest please take over and utilized such a great space.

Not good,my workmate came here 5 years ago for a work party and didn’t like the food and the trend continues! At least there are $11 options but my chicken parmagana was below average and my large bowl of chips was expensive, food came out at a reasonable rate,the place needs a makeover it looks old! Not a place I would come back and eat at
Live band. Not sure about the food, but we went there for Red Hot Chilli Pepper night and the guys played brilliantly! Not only did they play RHCP songs, but also other 90s rock music from Nirvana, Puddle of Mudd, PUSA, Offspring, etc.
