New owners but coffee n food still the same! I can’t wait to get back in here.. I am a regular with morning coffee since last 4 years and can’t complain even once! Lovely people and happy atmosphere!! Highly recommended! 🙂
Been coming here for years. Last time I visited the place had gone hill.Although staff were friendly, the service was really slow & customers were being ignored. My companion and I were seated on table crammed next to another table of 3 other people – we were practically shoulder to shoulder. We asked to be seated elsewhere (as there were 5 other empty tables) & was told they were reserved. Out of the 5 empty tables, one couple showed up & took up the reservation.To cut a long story short we never received a menu & after waiting 20 minutes to be offered table water & a menu (no one showed up) I just went to the register & forced my order on the cashier girl. Meanwhile the people next to us said they had gotten there 10 minutes before us & were still waiting to have their order taken.Heres where it gets worse;A couple enter the Cafe and TWO staff members fawn all over them, table water was put on the table before they are even seated, menus were presented & waiters wait attentively with pens poised. It’s the last straw for the people next to us who get up & leave very annoyed. I am too hungry for pride to get in the way, so I patiently await my order. It wasn’t worth it. Food was underwhelming and just poor quality. Beef salad – was stringy & dry, it was very unpleasant experience Fish & chips – greasy, fish was mushy, clearly frozen & defrosted a few times.Can’t say I’ll be back – shame, it used to be a very nice place.
My Fave Cafe in Baulkham Hills They have indoor and outdoor seats which is so great even on winter because they have huuuggeee heater that will make sure you warm enough!I went to this cafe mostly morning time after drop kids at school.. but sometimes came with my daughters who loves their wedges The waitress are nice (mostly) Recommended!!!
