Seemed quite popular with groups to dine here. Thought it would be worth a try as it was closest to my work that night. Should have listened to the reviews!There was a man infront whom picked up his takeaway after paying. So naturally you’d think you’re next in line when the staff member behind the counter walked off to the back kitchen without saying a word!So I’m waiting patiently. Then impatiently as 3 minutes pass and she is stilk nowhere in sight. 3 minutes goes quite slowly when you are hungry and then come hangry.She shows up with plates to serve to a table and spoke with them. I’m looking around for a bell and nothing but just a messy work area making me regret my order incase it is more unhygienic in the kitchens.She then comes to attend to me. Another customer comes in and SOMEHOW they paid and left and I’m still there yet to pick up my order !I got her attention and demanded to pay or I’ll just walk out. She grumbled underneath her breath and I couldn’t handle it. It was so weird and disgraceful to call that customer service.Food was thankfully edible but sweeter (sugary) than expected and they packed the container but really not worth going here for that. No thank you. I cannot eat when treated like dirt, my stomach just flips.
