Not happy. Been getting pizzas regularly for almost 5 years. Has really gone downhill. Very skimpy on topping hardly any topping at all. A shame as I try to give local business my patronage. Will go out of Beaumont Hills for pizza in future
Awesome. Love these guys pizza, service has always been fantastic, pizza are always hot best pizza in the hills district actually best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Keep up the great work guys.
Never again. Regular of 6+ months. Wife called to dispute a charge on our credit card and was told ‘ you obviously can’t read.. It’s written on the web page..’ when referring to an overcharge. When my wife told the Owner to ‘shove it’ after being spoken to so rudely, he tried to call back immediately after she hung up her phone. Not a way to speak to a Customer spending $50 plus per week; the attempted intimidation infuriated us and has left a sour taste.
Didn’t even arrive. Ordered at 6pm and still haven’t gotten our pizza or a call (now 8pm). Disappointed..
Solid Service. Love this place! Great Pizza. Me and the fam always drop by when we’re feeling local.Just reading through some of the other reviews – which seem like an exacerbated mess of ridiculous claims – I couldn’t help but absolutely disagree with such rubbish. An example being, I had an issue — where I ordered the Brampton without eggplant and sundried tomato and the boys delivered me something much wrong. Called them up, the person was very apologetic and immediately sent the right pizza to my house straight away. Keep up the good service and good pizza, Bella Beaumont!
Let down. Loved these guys until our last order. Asked for a particular pizza minus a few ingredients due to allergies and was sent a massively screwed up pizza covered in my daughters food intolerances. Now, we had placed this exact same order before and it was fine back then. Rang up to le them know, was basically told I was wrong, clearly didn’t know what I had ordered, it was exactly the same as last time etc etc.. so angry! No offer of a replacement or any hint of an apology.So, if they ever mess up your order and you cannot eat it, it’s your fault, just FYI.
Great pizza.Highly recommend. I’ve tried a lot of shops in the hills and this one wins my vote! Always fresh quick and beautiful! Keep it up guys!
