Been here once so far, odered the satay skewers and chicken pad see ew. Can’t fault the dishes at all, both were fresh and delicious. The sauce on the skewers was thick and flavoursome. The service was very quick. It was a little on the pricier side for Thai food, but not too bad. I ordered the food to take away, and I think I always will as the restaurant seems quite small and tight.
Chalio’s is a great Thai restaurant, one of the best in Sydney, in my opinion! Great service and friendly staff, complement the excellent dishes on offer here. My favourites are the duck rolls and lamb cutlets! Lovely ambience also makes this a great place to dine in! Being completely BYO is another bonus! All in all, a great Thai dining experience!
Love this place. It’s a local favourite in Beecroft. Whilst a bit pricey the food is worth it. This is the best Thai food in the area. The next closest is Seat in Pennant Hills.
I go here a lot with my family when im feeling fancy shnancy and have a little more kaching to spare. Scallops are beautiful, staff very attentive and professional. Reservations are absolutely necessary as they are usually completely swamped at night. Tom yum goong is a must try and they always give little complimentary samples of delicious things in little spoons- totally adorable! Mood lighting makes it a great date night restaurant.
Very friendly staff, efficient service, cosy ambience. Excellent food that is also visually well presented. Definitely recommended. Kids friendly but not ideal for very young kids.
This little gem is something special, this isn’t your average thai restaurant. The food is flavoursome and freshly prepared and you can tell the seafood is fresh not frozen. The servings are generous and sensibly priced together with the genuinely friendly welcoming service it makes for a great evening that will leave you satisfied and wanting another visit! I recommend making a booking as it does book out quickly.
Great service! Fantastic food! Good atmosphere! Only downside is how closely the tables are organised- feels like you are sitting on top of the people next to you. Apart from that, everything else was devine!
