We got the $60 meat set where we could pick 3 different meats and came with steamed egg + raw crab. Not a fan of raw crab so staff were fine with swapping the dish to black bean noodles for an additional $5. Meat servings were generous but quite dry, ver standard quality. Black bean noodles were quite nice here but steamed egg a little dry. Staff were very nice but took awhile to serve food even though the restaurant wasnt that busy.
Visited here for the first time for a Sunday lunch. Was surprisingly quiet and thus made it a very nice space to eat. I ordered the spicy beef and vegetable soup and it was quite good ! Not the best, but it was definitely still enjoyable. My boiled rice was slightly mushy but that’s okay. Soft tofu stew was yum! But sad because my egg yolk dropped inside and was overcooked. Side dishes were a standout as they provided us 2 generous sets of tasty sides for the 6 of us when typically places would only give 1. Also gave a bonus of candied sweet potatoes and oranges for dessert after 😛 Prices were standard. Service was friendly. As a more local korean joint, I’m glad I’ve found this place and am keen to return to try other dishes !
