So we order crab noodles, chicken and soft tofu, garlic pork chops, steam fish, fried rice and salted egg prawn. The steam fish and crab was nice but nothing really amazing. My family and I agreed that the rest of the dishes where abit bland could add alittle more flavouring and it would be perfect. Though customer service was very friendly and quick. They also give you free soup and dessert which was quiet nice. Overall it was an okay experience but there are other Chinese seafood restaurants in Beverly Hills that make nicer food.
Came in because I liked the name. They changed management six months ago and there were about five staff on a Friday night. Ordered fresh crab steamed with glutinous rice. $70 for a lot of service and free complementary entree soup and dessert.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed by too many choices when you are in Beverly Hills. Our friends took us to this one and I thought the food was quite decent. My favourite has to be the ‘Lo sui’ (Chinese marinade) duck slices with smooth tofu. We had crab, xo pipis and a total of 8 dishes between 8 adults and 2 kids and it worked out to be $30pp so pretty well priced.
We chose this one out of many seafood restaurants on King Georges Road because it seemed busy. Waited 20 mins for spring roll entree which wasn’t bad. Waited another 10 mins for pork noodle soup with pickled vegetables that’s the worst thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. It’s barely salty or sour as it’s supposed too and the soup has this overcooked/burning taste. So I talked to the owner and asked them to add some salt and vinegar to increase the flavor. The owner claimed that it’s supposed to taste like that so I asked him to taste the soup. He refused to and placed down our bowl loudly on the table while other customers are staring. We paid the fare and left because we didn’t expect such rude customer service would settle for anything less.
