The kitchen was filthy and had a pigeon walking around in there. We saw this while we were ordering and asked the guy working about the pigeon and lack of cleanliness, cancelled our order and left.
The burger was okay, mediocre at best, but the service was very very slow. It took them almost 45 minutes to make me one burger for takeaway. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I strongly recommend not wasting your money here. Walk down to Sakura sushi instead. Between bad service, dirty surrounding and a blatant inability to understand the customer this has got to be the worst place I have ever been. We ordered a milo milkshake (from the menu) to be given a dirty take away cup with blended milk. Three tries later and we finally got blended milk with Tim tam crumbs on the bottom. My Mexican chilli hot dog, was disappointing to say the least. The supposed chilli was a couple of burnt crumbs of mince, the bun was broken, I cant comment on the flavour since I didnt even bother trying it. Finally, we ordered a butter burger, which on the menu is a huge double stacked burger. The burger we received was far from this, it was small, greasy and bland. Quite frankly McDonalds could do better
Wow where did it all go wrong ?, an amazing menu at first glance with so much potential o oh to be let down by very poor service and decision making. The flavors were definitely all there, but using stale bread is possibly one of the worst things you could do. Disappointing to say the least
