This hidden local gem is a Family run Cantonese restaurant. It offers some in house specialty which you can not find in any other places. We ordered the lamb hot pot and mud crab pot. The lamb dish was above average but mud crab was outstanding. Large portion of succulent crab mixed with flavoured glass noodles. The pumpkin soup was free dessert but tasty like cafe grade soup. The owners were very friendly and attentive.

The review I’m giving is high for a local Chinese restaurant. That’s because most Chinese restaurants don’t offer much in terms of service and quality. I was a bit surprised when I walked in. Where it’s located I was expecting it to look like the divey local chinese. But no, it’s clean and nicely done up. The place is small and fairly quiet for a Friday night. Pricing maybe a few dollars more than what you expect to pay around the corner at the main Beverly hills strip. But of what we ate, it was done well. Service is friendly ans included free desert which was appreciated. We enjoyed all the dishes we had as pictured. Crab, pidgeon, pippies, tofu, coconut soup. There’s 2 menus. One catered more for western taste. But if your adventurous just ask for the recommendations off the Chinese menu. They will be the best ones. And oh… free BYO… score!
