One of the popular Japanese restaurants in the South. No fancy interior or dishes but honest & authentic Japanese food. Love their lunch special set, big portions & good value. Affordable price for dinner as well. Ive never come across other places serving thick cuts of sashimi like they do. The only downside is their sushi is loose, it doesnt hold together and falls apart easily. Its better to eat it in one bite but they cut it quite chunky, it becomes very difficult to chew! Excellent customer service, typical Japanese hospitality. Bookings are essential for Friday nights & weekend.
My wife and I always get Kens Sushi for take away and are never disappointed. The food is absolutely AMAZING. Every time Ive gone to pick up our order the place is always full and the staff are always friendly and dont seem to stop. Kens will always be one of our go to places.
