It used to be better. The last few times I have gone, the food has been disappointing. The flavours are just not right and it tastes like bad Chinese takeaway. I’d rather drive to Beverly Hills or Hurstville to get some decent Chinese food.
Please tell me there are other couples out there that argue when finding somewhere to eat! As a result of the usual bickering about food we ended up at Wok Express, cold and hangry.It was empty but we were starving so we ordered the rice box with satay chicken, meat lovers noodles and a small fried rice to share.Little bit of a wait for food but they were busy cooking for take away and delivery orders so we didn’t mind too much. Food came out piping hot and there was a lot of it.Boyfriend loved his noodles. Huge serving without veges as requested and our ‘small’ fried rice was also quite large. My noodle box was great with plenty of rice and chicken and spring rolls as well.Not much in terms of ambience, but prices were super cheap and food was cooked well so we left happy and with full tummies, in search of dessert.
