Ordered the homemade lemonade. We were a bit surprised to see them behind the counter actually pouring Schweppes Lemonade into our glasses. The waitress brings over the almost clear looking drinks with a tired looking lemon slice garnish each. When we call them out on it. The waitresses say that what we didnt see was them pouring homemade syrup before they poured the soft drink over it. Anyway, we have a taste and it just tastes like Schweppes. We also got Farmers Market burgers that were so bad we couldnt even take more than 2 bites. The chips were the only things that were good but then again, its chips. Give this place a miss if you like your taste buds.
This place is strange! We walked up to the counter not knowing whether we had to be seated or could just sit anywhere. The person behind the counter said that we could sit anywhere so we opted to sit outside but then we waited forever for them to bring us menus and they didn’t so we had to walk back up and get them ourselves. Finally when the waitress came around and took our order she seemed to unimpressed that she had to be at work. It wasn’t too bad a wait but the poached eggs were cooked all the way through and the hollandaise sauce was super bland. The haloumi and mushroom salad was pretty good though and the mango shake wasn’t bad either. Located within Westpoint in Blacktown so isn’t hard to get to.
Ate here a couple of times for lunch and have ordered coffee here as well. Attentive staff and are quick to serve. Good range of food in their menu plus their range of drinks go with the times in terms of frivolous looking shakes. Several seats inside and an option to sit outside if diners want to. Overall, a decent cafe for the Blacktown food scene.
Visited Coffee Land few months ago for a family lunch (4 people). We ordered pork ribs and brioche French toast. The pork ribs came out a bit longer than expected, but wow.. they were so delicious we ordered another one! The French toast was okay.
Great food, great service, staff are very friendly. Visited last week with the kids and staff were more than accomodating. Both kids shared a milkshake and they even gave an extra straw with python lolly attached. Would definitely return.
Multiple cafes have come and gone, on the corner of the level 3 food court. Coffee Land is by far most my favourite cafe yet. It has a bigger brunch menu, large range of lemonades/smoothies, and frappes. My partner didn’t like the green tea frappes- it was too diluted. But I personally think the taro latte goes off!
I came to coffee land with a friend for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I ordered the superfoods with bruschetta which consisted mainly of guacamole, feta and pomegranate on sourdough. I absolutely loved it! I received a very generous serve of guacamole. It wasn’t your average guacamole either, the feta was mixed in with it and it had a spice to it that was delicious. My side salad wasn’t very nice. The lettuce tasted as if it hadn’t been washed but I think that was just the type of lettuce. I also had a chai latte which was delicious. I’d be happy to return here, especially to try one of their delicious looking desserts.
