Food was so good! Eclectic with strong Asian influence – we got the Grandmas Tofu, Bibimbap with Salmon, and the Salmon roll. The grandmas tofu is a healthier rendition of what you may see at most Chinese restaurants, served with black rice. Very tasty and filling. The salmon bibimbap is quite interesting as Ive never had bibimbap served with salmon before. Personally I prefer the traditional bibimbap that is usually served hotter, but its a good alternative to other health foods served in the area. The salmon roll is a twist on the East Coast lobster roll. Sizeable portion and comes with chips. Again, tasty but would prefer the original lobster roll, just because I think the sauce goes better with lobster, and the texture of lobster feels more substantial than salmon.We also had the honey ginger latter, which I thought can be a tiny bit sweeter, but nonetheless refreshing on a summer day.
