Was craving a poke bowl fix and it was good, flavour was nice but the amount of salmon to rice ratio was ridiculous. Like I understand salmon is expensive but the amount of salmon I had was like a 1:6 ratio towards rice. Overall, nice flavours and nice selection. Would I come back? Maybe? For Bondi it was okay. Ive had better elsewhere.
We stayed in Bondi Beach recently and ate at fishbowl twice, it was actually really good. We tried the tuna bowl, chicken bowl and the prawn bowl. All so good and all tasted completely different. I find poke bowls all end up (usually) tasting the same, so this was impressive. Super quick turn out and each bowl was made fresh every time. The price however is not so great, but we were on holiday and YOLO right?, so I could be biased in this sense.
