The salt and pepper squid was delicious, tender and well seasoned. The ceviche was fresh. Of the mains, I enjoyed the snapper the most, it was cooked just right, and the basil matched the flavours of the fish really well. Overall the food was beautiful and nicely presented, staff was helpful in serving us. Note that my experience was from this special occasion, and I haven’t been to Panama House on a ‘normal’ day. Keen to come back and try their brunch menu though and see what it’s like.
