DINERS FROM COOGEE. We had lunch for the first time at Bambusia at Bondi Junction on 15 Feb 2015. We enjoy Malaysian food and found the food at this restaurant to be very good. The cooking and presentation of the food was excellent and the service was friendly and relaxed. We would recommend this restauant to anyone who likes chinese/malaysian food with a kick. We will definitely be dining there again.

Awful service many times when ordering takeaway! We are a loyal customer yet on a few recent occasions when we have made an order it had arrived incorrect and when we have called the staff have accused that the order was incorrect – I think we would know what we ordered. Terrible customer service and bland food.
Thank you Richard and Mae. I say thank you because this restaurant is still as good as it was 28 years ago when my family and I first went there. The food is wonderful..prawn laksa, sizzling satay prawns, san choy bow, sizzling fillet steak, fried rice,,,it just goes on and on.Love the atmosphere, the whole ambience of the place, the family… and the price is great…I even recommended that they increase their prices.Thank you
