I am extremely disappointed in the behaviour of lady at the door brunette hair and wears glasses. Was treated with disrespect and to make matters worse security acted as if they were management and after the situation was spoken about he said he owned the bar/club. I asked for my refund and left, there was no point arguing, by standers 5 meters away laughed and shook their heads at your staff as I was sober and being polite. The security guard tried to make me annoyed and insinuated i was being agressive, however it didn’t work as i was sober. I am a business owner myself and have staff and as an owner happy to chat and give more feedback. I will never being recommending this venue to clients/friends/family ever.
