We ordered just wine, short ribs and side of beans.Understandably there was a lengthy wait for the meals which was explained. Wines arrived first and the waitress muck up the Chardonnay and the Sauv Blanc which is a bit of rookie mistake.Short Ribs came with charred nicely with a smear of potato mash and kale. The ribs were not cooked long enough and we needed to ask for steak knives. The hunt for the knives then started. One was found and we took turns cutting. The second one arrived later. Best ribs should be off the bone. Both for tenderness and for added taste which this also lacked. As it was not of the bone on the tough side it tasty also gamey and grizzly.Generally a disappointment for a $28 dish.
