Terrible service. Was told 40-45 minutes. And hour and half later and after numerous calls to the restuarant (after they didn’t call back to advice where the delivery was as promised), we still do not have our food.
Not a Recommendation. Had the Chicken Larb Salad today. Portion and quality was not worth paying for. Salad leafs were clearly not fresh including visibly tainted leafs. There are so many other good thai places close by and this simply wasn’t up to standard.
Quick tasty local Thai. Very surprised to read such negative reviews as I’ve been going to J&T for almost a year now and it’s fab for a quick tasty bite, in the restaurant or for a takeaway. Prawn chilli and basil stir fry, satay chicken skewers and the green or yellow curry are my favourite dishes. They do a great value lunch menu. Nothing fancy but simple decent food.
Absolutely awful!! My fianc…. Absolutely awful!!My fianc and I used to go here on a regular basis before we moved 1 year ago. The staff and management have both changed. We ordered entree and main. The main came first. We asked for our entree and we could clearly see that they set or main on the side and let it get cold. Not only was the food cold, then reheated in the microwave, but it was tough. We asked for our money back, but she refused and made us pay for what we ate! Very disappointing, as we were really looking forward to coming back here.
Beware … Change of ownership. Not good. Change of ownership, and it’s not good. Previously an excellent, fast-serving, very reasonably priced restaurant, has become tardy and terrible. The sauces are sickly sweet and slimy, the service extremely slow. Cold rice. It’s such a shame. Having to find another Thai restaurant now.
Very poor Thai food. There are far too many Thai restaurants around to bother with this one. Bland, small servings, bad service. Worst minced chicken salad I’ve ever had. Try Ginger and Lime in Westfield.
J & T Thai. The food is average at best. The attitude of staff is awful. They have no idea how to treat customers. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!2/10 IS MY SCORE FOR THIS EATERY.
