Awful. All I came for was coffee and banana bread. I asked for the banana bread toasted with butter, banana bread arrived toasted but cold with no butter. Coffee was a large mocha that was not brought. Waitress apologised and went to get it. 10 minutes later not there. Different waitress came over and asked if I was missing a coffee. 10 minutes later I thought I would have to ask again, it finally arrived. Looked pretty but found a hair in it when I got near the bottom. Disgusting. Not coming back.

We all asked for crispy bacon but got sad bacon. For the price we paid it was not worth it, I feel like I can just throw together the same quality at home but we were hoping to treat our mothers for mother’s Day. I think she’s going to disown me. I didn’t mind their coffee though. Vive is friendly and quiet, thank goodness!
Really bad service. Confirmed twice about sugar in coffee yet could not get sugar… The barrista was sweet enough to add and professionally apologise. Coffee was ok
Stopped here after doing a bit of shopping. This place is good for breakfast and has space so that if you wanted to read the paper or knock out some emails on the laptop then it would work for you. The menu is fairly standard for breakfast places. I went with the apple, red grapefruit and ginger juice which was refreshing. For breakfast the scrambled eggs were good, although I usually like my bacon crispier – should have asked for it that way. It usually comes with toast of your choice, however, I opted for none. All in all it was a good meal. This set me back $22.
As this place looked warm and inviting, my son and I decided to have our morning tea here before shopping and as most of the people were getting their coffees to go there were plenty of seating. I agree with the previous reviewer about the female staff who didn’t even smile. There is no warmth or friendliness from her but still with the drink orders through, we sat down and waited.My hot chocolate was basically warm milk and the banana bread is something you can’t go wrong as its ordered from somewhere else but my sons babyccino was served perfectly for him as it came in a paper cup, mostly froth and a marshmallow which is how it should be but I thought the tiny wooden spoon was a cute touch.
The lady comes across as the rudest lady I have ever come across. She needs to stop acting like she hates her job, smile at us customers or atleast try. She is so rude when you order from her. 4 people from my same office have all said the same thing, I guess that’s why we don’t go there anymore. Poor customer service. It’s not a good image how one persons attitude can stop you from returning. Now everyone in the office has been told to take our clients elsewhere even though it’s one of the closest Cafe’s to us.
