-10I give this place a minus 10. The service was just horrible. We waited in line for 5 minutes and were not attended to. The place was not even that busy but none of the staff wanted to seat us or the ppl behind us. When we were approached, ignorant staff tried to serve the people who were not in line??!! Appalled at this, I advised the staff that we were waiting in line first, and was abruptly interrupted by the rude staff shouting at us saying that she was busy and flustered etc. Absolutely no excuse to give to customers who did the right thing and waited for them patiently. Just a horrid experience in general. Will never return here again.
Came across Ryu when we were craving for a Japanese fix and it was incredible They do have a sushi train but we went straight ahead to their restaurant section. Loved their chicken kara-age, takoyaki, and their prawn cheese sushi (not sure if I got the name right) We also got their chicken katsudon bowls but it was a bit too savoury for us. Service was friendly and quick, hence I can’t wait for round 2 in Ryu
