Lovely impromptu visit to this local restaurant last night. Friendly and attentive staff welcomed us and prepared a table for the five of us. Small seating area with no frills. We were looking for something other than the standard Cantonese fare standard in Aussie Chinese restaurants and were please with what we found. The kids loved the safe shallot pancakes, BBQ buns and dumplings while the adults revelled in the spicy northern dishes brimming with dried chilli and Szechuan pepper. Serving sizes were HUGE so leftovers were plentiful.

Very disappointing food. Everything is drenched in oil. All the chicken dishes have chicken that is battered (clear cost cutting). Not the greatest portions either.

This is a dining extravaganza. The dumplings are not only incredibly cheap, but hefty in size. Get a few half serves to really spice it up and try the best of the vegetable and meat realms. The BBQ pork buns are neat, however not as hefty as I would have hoped. This is a small premises with a hardworking kitchen. All of the dumplings are made and steamed to order. You will need sufficient time to dine here. However, if you are really ravenous you can down these bad boys in under 10 minutes. Try it for yourself and comment down below the time you took to smash 6 dumplings of your choice. Its a real neat place. Try it out with the gang.

Lovely local Chinese restaurant for a quick meal. Ordered seafood fried rice, bbq lamb and pan-fried dumplings. All delicious, well priced and served in generous amounts. Love the option to order full or half sizes for some dishes. Will be back!
