It’s a small little gem that serves really good Gyros and Souvlakis. Friendly people run this place and it has patronage from people that live both far and close. The Doulmados are an absolute must try. At AUD 15+ per head one can never go wrong.
I stopped off here to get a quick lunch as there was a parking spot out the front (which is rare in Bondi junction). I hadn’t actually had a souvlaki before but ordered a chicken one with salad minus the chips (trying to be health conscious). It was juicy meat and salad on a really fresh pita bread. Not too big like kebabs are these days, but I think that was good. Tzatiki sauce was nice and overall a really nice flavoured souvlaki. The people working there were friendly and the service was fast. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
If you love consistency and great service then you cant go past The Souvlucky Country. The service is always great especially since I have received far less from other local establishments. Run by a husband and wife team, they really make you feel welcome and when dining in you are made to feel like you are in their family home. The restaurant is always impeccably clean and there is always plenty of parking in the streets nearby. The mixed grill plate is our go to dish and for only $28 it can feed three adults and there will still be leftovers.
Fantastic food and very cultured atmosphere! I’ve lived in Bondi Junction for a while and I’ve always known that we’ve missed some decent Mediterranean food. This place certainly delivers.
Went here for dinner one Friday night. Fast friendly and most importantly tasty fresh food. Lamb was pink and tender. Greek salad so fresh. We will definitely be back!
Best Greek souvlaki and gyros in SydneyThis little gem in Bondi Junction is a mustThe prices are lowThe quality is highThe service is friendly and quickTaste is amazingYou will definitely go backTry their loukomades for desert! So crispy and balanced sweetness!
Great quality souvlaki and gyros. Fresh hand cut fried potatoes. Tyrokauteri (spicy cheese) is fresh and tasty. Pita bread is soft and as close as you can to authentic greek pita you can get.
