Don’t waste your time because they will waste yours. I ordered delivery from this restaurant. After 50 min waiting I called up and asked about where the food was? I was told there was a rush of orders so they were delayed, yet they could have called me. They knew exactly which order ours was and that is was late but couldn’t pick up the phone? When the food did arrive (1 hour 20 min after the order) it was cold. Moreover the portions were tiny. Sydney is full of great value for money Indian restaurants where they don’t rip you off, so thankfully there won’t be a need to order from this place again! What a joke!

After Living in Byron Bay for 7 years- it was so nice to have a great Curry again – Its as good as Khan’s in LondonThe Lamb Rogan Gosh is so tender and tasty and the freshly cooked Naan had a proper charcoal tinge, hard to get right – YUMMY – and the Butter chicken melts in the mouth – THANKS Well priced with big portions, the Staff are lovely and I am so glad I can eat here again – they have been cooking great curry’s for 17 years in Bondi Road, I hope they stay!

Overpriced awful food. The worst Indian food I have ever had, very overpriced and every part of our meal tasted awful. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Great veggie options and very good prices. But the reason I keep ordering is the friendly staff. My order is always right and ordering by phone is quick and easy. Delivery is often within 15 mins! Awesome!!! (Angela) vegangela.com
Great food, lovely people. Balusu’s has lovely staff and great food. They always over-estimate the time it will take to deliver (which is great as we are always running late and hungry). If you walk to the shop, they insist on cooking you fresh naan, and usually give you complimentary prawn crackers. But, it doesn’t matter if they don’t, as they are so charming that it is a pleasure to be there. A Bondi icon!
