Designed in the style of a traditional European bakery with gold embossed signage and dark wood throughout and a counter display brimming with pastries, shortbreads, strudels, cakes and tarts, there appear to be a variety of Hungarian specialties such as somloi galuska, babka and beigli. The snail was obviously never going to be of the french style and was studded with peel and rich with sultanas and custard.
