I am a local regular customer of this place & have been for over 2 years. The service was always good & the cakes were always beyond amazing however, recently there has been a change in owners or perhaps the cake maker? The cakes are at an absolutely appalling standard & look worse than a homemade child baked cake. I specifically asked for a chocolate plaque saying Happy 32nd Anniversary Kris and Paul and received a day old cake with half my message on it, in big writing. I paid for a chocolate plaque and ordered 4 days in advanced and they still managed to disappoint. Wont be returning there again after a loyal 2 years of trading.
Quite disappointed with the service. Ordered a cake to be picked up on the Friday night to come into the store to tell me the cake had been sold. Then whats the point having a system to order a cake if another customer can walk in and buy it? Asked for other cakes that were available and service lady struggled to answer that too. Settling on the Coffee Hazelnut cake was the option, which ended up being a really tasty cake at the price point of $26.90 but overall, the service is a let down.

This specific cake we bought on this occasion was a white chocolate and butterscotch cheesecake. The cheesecake and top layer was nice but the base tasted very doughy and strange.Overall, cakes are ok.
Best cakes ever! Great selection of choices. Ricotta cheesecake and almond crumble has to be at the top of my list. Am dying to try the carrot cake, everytime I go it’s always sold out. These cakes are extremely affordable ($15 for half or $27 for full size). Yum!!
