    Bad coffee, long waiting times, no tap water, grumpy staff, bad service… They even refused to put sugar in my FW and told me that sugar is only on the side!Avoid like the plague!

    Waited a good 15 minutes for coffeeWow! It takes great skill to make such a bad coffee.I couldn’t even drink it. I’ll never get those 15 minutes of my life back again. Thanks for the memories. Yuck!

    I ordered iced chocolates on a pretty hot day and all we got were chocolate milk with ice, not even blended. The service staff were very rude, the food was stale and our orders took a long time. Tables were cluttered and dirty. Definately no going back. So disappointed.

    Worst cafe I have been to…… ever. The hot chocolate i ordered took a long time to be served and just tasted of lukewarm milk, it was not even filled to the top. I will not recommend your services to anyone.

    Service is poor.. All we were after we’re some take away coffees. Waited an excessively long time as staff kept stopping what they were doing to chat amongst themselves. Flat whites a bit weak in taste.

    Tap Water. Why do you not serve free tap water it really makes your cafe appear mean and not focused on customer service. Most coffee shops and cafes have water available for customers to help themselves.By not providing this extra service in such a great position you are really downplaying your little cafe.Free tap water is no big deal for you but means such a lot to your paying customers.
