Celebrating the Inlaws 50th, after mains at The Palace (where they had their reception back in 1967), elected to check out Temptations dessert offering. Â With 10 of us, we rang ahead and a table awaited us. Â The place as part of The Astor has a warm and happening feel, and whilst indoors, Temptations was hip. Â We all ordered and desserts delivered in ok speed overall, apart from one which a part of it was delayed for quite some time. Â I kept it simple with a decaf flat white and a favourite rocky road. Â Both were nice, albeit coffee could’ve been warmer. Staff were prompt but if friendlier and chattier, perhaps another 0.5 of a point! Â Happy to go back again!
