Horrible service, and very rude. No one was on the coffee machine during the busiest period, they couldn’t even get a coffee out in 10 min so I cancelled the order and left.
Awful service. Person who served us was clearly in a foul mood, scowling at customers. They prioritise take away so we watched people come and go after us as we continued to wait. After half an hour waiting for a smoothie we decided to give up and leave. No apology, even though it became obvious they’d forgotten us. And there’s a $10 eftpos limit (so if you leave in frustration from waiting so long after only a coffee make sure you have cash).
Rude. The young Australian waitress was brutally rude which ruined the whole experience … Won’t be coming back which is a shame as the smoothies are okay.
Slow service. Was after a quick takeaway of fish & chips but was kept waiting for about half an hr. Looks like there’s only 1 person in the kitchen running around doing everything. Battered fish was so so; oiler than I’ve had at other places. Threw out half the chips.
