Worst most unethical seafood shop on the northern beaches. Everything they sell is based on profit, not impact on the oceans. They buy the cheapest most overfished product ever. You ask them about MSC certification or sustainable fish and they don’t even know what you’re talking about. Go to the Totem fish shop where everything is sustainable (and basically the same price). Samjon are as evil as seafood gets.
One of the longstanding fresh seafood retailers in northern beaches who has quite stood the test of time during the downturn precipitated by the inevitable upgrade when westfield took over warringah mall n did renovation work in ’15/16. We have been their fresh seafood n cooked seafood customer for many years. They have never let us down, for supply, price, advice and general quality offerings. Service can be a little abrupt during peak hours. Cant go much wrong with their value grilled seafood basket, fish and chips and battered whiting (for me).
