Foodie Meet offers yummy Chinese food with a twist. Ive tried many dishes and have not been disappointed. Pictured: sweet sour pork with fresh fruits, salmon & shellfish salad, cured beef with asparagus, fish with snake melon in chicken soup, lamb with spicy cumin, seafood udon, charcoal grilled pork neck, tremella soup with papaya & dried scallop.
Situated in Emerald Square, Burwood is this Chinese fusion restaurant.I went here with my friend and she recommended this place to me. We ordered: the Cumin Spiced Lamb, Seafood Tofu hotpot, Fried Eggplant and the Mr. R (Passionfruit tea with fruit and rose).Both dishes were delicious and fresh. You can tell that if a restaurant serves fresh tofu when it is soft and silky and this place certainly has that!. The Cumin lamb can be quite spicy.The Mr.R tea was quite sweet for my tasting. It cost about $77 for two people so its pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants nearby. But I will say the fresh ingredients and flavours will make me come back! Yum!
