Clean and bright japanese dessert place. The monster ice cream is cute, and there were a huge variety of toppings. I feel like the soft serve milk/vanilla flavour was a little fake. The oreo cream cheese was a bit too salty. Other than that, the shaved ice itself is smooth and delicious. Would recommend the rice ball topping.
Food presentation is, as you can see adorable. They method for ordering is pretty fun. However it’s absolutely ridiculous to enforce a rule so that each customer over 12 years must order a minimum of one item. Not everyone wants to eat a whole shaved ice by themselves and it simply drives customers away. The staff were a bit rude when my friend and I tried to share an item and I feel like no store should make customers feel uncomfortable or not want to purchase there.
