***Poor food quality, terrible and rude top management telling u just suck it up!***We went there for dinner, ordering whats on the menu described as penne carbonara- with bacon, mushroomus and onions, Parmesan cheese in creamy sauce.The plate arrived without creamy sauce but oil and cheese; I asked the waitress where the creamy sauce is and she brought back to the kitchen. Second plate came out, I can see creamy sauce this time but only with bacon and cheese and penne, wheres the mushrooms and onions? The waitress said thats the way it is, the menu was wrong, sorry then walked away. We are very disappointed with the menu and the food came out not as described as that on the menu. The portion size was also very tiny. The new menu, portion size is very disappointing.We are members for years and we go there few times a week for drinks, food and entertainment, but this is not a good day for us with such food quality.Feedback passed to top management, and the response was even worse- just saying thats the way it is when its changing menu transitional period. So basically telling u to just suck it up.
There’s the club restaurant located just off Reception, near the front entrance, and then there’s the cafe/bistro further inside the Club. The offering includes standard bistro fare such as burgers, pizza, steak and roasts, plus cakes. Order and pay at the counter. Personally, I’d choose the restaurant in the Club over the bistro.
