Standard old school HK style bakery near Burwood station. All the usual varieties are there, very reasonable prices. The Pineapple BBQ Pork bun tasted good, with a decent amount of meat filling. The Black Sesame Old Wife Cakes were great, the lotus seed paste was smooth & not too sweet.
They may not have as wide a range of product or be as nicely presented but the smaller, independent bakeries generally offer better value than the chain stores. And the breads we tried tasted great.
Pretty much your typical, average Asian bakery – sells a variety of savoury and sweet buns and cakes. The staff are friendly and prices are good value. The place is clean and a short walk from Burwood station.
