The worse thai food I have ever eaten. I had chili basil beef. The beef was so tough and dry, there was ZERO flavor, whilst going way overboard with the chili. Awful.
Wild Mint serves delicious and affordable Thai food. We ordered the Pad Thai ($10.90) and service was friendly and relatively fast. The servings were extremely generous and easily fed two people.
I’ve come this food outlet a few times and located in Westfield Burwood food court. The meals I have had here have always been delicious and decent value for money. The service is friendly. Order at the counter where I think they only take cash as could not see a credit card terminal. I had a Kouy Teiw Pad Med With Chicken. Good portion size and whilst not the prettiest looking meal, it certainly delivered on flavour and couldn’t wait to finish my bowl of noodles.
If you are around Westfield Burwood and crave for Thai, this is the best place to go especially in the rainy day like today. My preference is their mince pork with basil baby corn and bamboo shoots. The food here is priced reasonably. whether you prefer rice , noodle or rice noodle you can always customise your dish here.
Been here 3 times now and I’m not sure what to make of it. It looks better than your average food court Thai place but the food presentation makes you think otherwise. There menu has items there you don’t believe you will get from a food court Thai place. There isn’t many places which add mango to there meals (Mac moung Gai) Food wise it’s better than average (kao pad and pad Se ewe) but there satay sticks are just average. Food comes out at a reasonable time but the 3 times I’ve been there wasn’t anyone at the counter! Wouldn’t mind trying more!
